Which part stopped?
- The page will not open: check the address and whether another ordinary website opens on the same connection. Keep the exact browser error.
- Search is empty: use Reset, then try the title without an old domain or a guessed year. Add filters gradually.
- The wrong production appears: compare year, cast and format. Use version comparisons for familiar repeated names.
- Watch now opens but there is no suitable offer: confirm your viewing country and the exact season or film edition.
- The video buffers: inspect the selected player's quality and connection settings. The catalog cannot restart that service's servers.
Change one thing at a time
If a title search works after removing a language filter, you have found a filter mismatch rather than a broken website. If the catalog opens but a separate player fails, keep those two steps separate. Repeatedly refreshing MusicHQ cannot repair an error that appears only after you leave it.
Keep the detail that helps
The exact title, year, device, country and error message are more useful than “nothing works.” If your saved list still opens, preserve it before making broad browser-data changes. You can continue with another saved choice while investigating a particular destination.
